Ingredients:
1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 cup milk, dairy or plant-based
2 TB pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
A pinch of allspice
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Ground cinnamon for garnish
Make your espresso or strong coffee and leave to the side.
Bring the milk to a simmerthe pour into a smaller saucepan. Don’t let it boil.
Mix the milk with maple syrup,sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and allspice. Then Stir them well until everything is nicely dissolved and the milk looks frothy.
